When you take a break from solid foods for a short period of time and replace your calorie source with fresh cold pressed juices you’re giving your body a chance to heal on a cellular level.
Solid foods require an abundance of your body’s energy to digest and process which can leave you feeling tired and lethargic (lack of energy)
While on a cold pressed juice cleanse, your body assimilates all of the nutrients from the juice quickly and easy into the blood stream allowing you to use more energy for deep healing instead of digestion.
Here are some tips!

Before starting, take a look at your calendar. Only do a cleanse when you it can be successfully done. avoid doing cleanses while in a party, wedding, vacation, or a holiday. Best before or after Be realistic about your goals and set yourself up for Success!
STAYING HYDRATED One of the biggest keys to a successful cleanse is keeping your body hydrated. As Nati's Jugos begins to start detoxing all the junk out of your body, water will provide a helping hand by flushing out all the toxins and help restore your body to its best self.
Best waters (Spring water, or coconut water for natural electrolytes)
MUST AVOID!
CUT DOWN: At least four days before you actually start the cleanse, it is wise to start replacing foods, drinks, and lifestyle choices that do not serve your health with ones that do.
(including drinking more water, adding more fruits and raw foods to your new routine, smoothie/ bowls, ARE A MUST)
This eases your body into a 3-5 day juice cleanse gently so that you don't shock yourself with possible uncomfortable cleanse symptoms.
WHAT ARE CLEANSE SYMTOMS?
You may have fallen victim to the detox symptoms mentioned earlier. these side effects include a decrease in energy, potential mood swings, and aches, among other things.

Your body is working very hard to release the toxins built up inside. Not to mention, you’re drinking a lot of fruits and veggies 3-4x a day (something your body may not be used to.)
SO do not panic if you start to feel any of these. the severity of the symptom's all depends on the amount of toxins in your body. (they usually go away within the 3rd day of the cleanse as the body starts getting used to this change of lifestyle.)
Practice daily gratitude: Tracking and acknowledging all the positive things in your life, from a morning immunity juice or beautiful sunrise, helps reduce stress and create a more positive mindset. (Journaling your thoughts and feelings during the cleanse will help you be more aware of things at the end of the cleanse.) Go outside: Spending time in nature and grounding is a known stressbuster and mood elixir. Make time for friends and family: Social connection lowers stress and anxiety and increases resilience and self-esteem.

ITS A LIFESTYLE NOT A DIET
-Avoid eating before bed
(Give your body time to digest the food you ate during the day. (12- 16 hour fasting is good for the digestive system and overall health.)
-Stay Hydrated
-Get enough sleep
-Go for walks, yoga, do workouts to keep your body moving. ( 80% is the food we intake 20% is workouts)
*Remember to feed your body CELL FOODS, foods that feed your mind, body, and soul. we are not supposed to eat when our minds tell us but when our stomach is actually growling*
